Med body, med carbo. Med sweet, med bitter, very good intricate balance. Med caramelly, toasted bready, light fruity, and shitloafs of smoked ham. Honestly overall similar to Schlenk Marzen, very nicely balanced, rich, flavourful. Easy drinking too. Great

Medium body, med-high sweetness, lots of oxidation. Both ample caramel and dried oxidated fruit. Not good. Medium bitterness barely. Light warmth poking out, easpecially in finish. Lack of actual hops, light ambiguous berry and general fruits. Meh.

Thin body, med carbo. Med-high bitter, med-light sweet. Malt in backg, light candyish. Med-high zealandy, grapey, light gooseberry, and general fruitiness. Easy drinking, tasty, quite good.

Med-thin bod, surprisingly dryish. Low to none carbo, could use a bit. Medium sweetness, med warming but soft alco, nice at this ABV. A bit lacking in malt, med-high dried fruits, light caramel. Simple, kinda boring, could use more complexity. Good tho.

Thin bod, no carbonation. Quite sour, med-high lacto, med-light acetic. Light tart. Overall quite dry. Medium barnyard. Med-light matcha, but honestly it does not stand out, while it does not fit in either. A sensory miracle. Idk about these experiments.

Med body, lightish carbo. Looks tired by eye. Med body, light carbo, why? Med-light sweetness, light bitter, low sour. Both bananas and clove rather low although present. Feels a bit thin, not bad, but bland, boring. And probably actually tired.

Thin body, watery. No carbo. High sourness, mix aceto and lacto, good balance. Little else in taste. Medium funk, which nevertheless feels rather clean and blends well with the med-light palo santo presence. Hints of citrusy, lime, spicy. Gbng

Actually a good one. Lots of banana, but the pineap with its sweetness and sourness livens it up. Similarly spices, not too much vanilla and med-light cinnamon work well. Body is medium, carbo light. Drinks and tastes well. Okay.
