Thin bod, no carbonation. Quite sour, med-high lacto, med-light acetic. Light tart. Overall quite dry. Medium barnyard. Med-light matcha, but honestly it does not stand out, while it does not fit in either. A sensory miracle. Idk about these experiments.

On tap at Oud Beersel, pours a clear orange, no head. Aroma has wet wood, a touch of leather, and some funky mildew. Flavour is tart and dry, with some wet wood, light citrus, and a touch of leather. I really can’t say I get much matcha here. Just a pleasant flat lambic really.

On tap at Oud Beersel. Pours clear gold with minimal head. Wood, mildew on the nose. Flavour has old wood, mildow, and maybe a tiny bit of matcha. Fine enough as a flat lambic.

15/II/25 - on tap @ Bar Beenhouwer (Gent), BB: n/a (2025-141)
Clear light orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, wild, weird, some sulphur, a bit dirty, cabbages. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, funky, a bit lemony, bitter, a bit herbal, weird but not great. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, more herbal notes, funky, woody, some tannins. Not getting that matcha tea?

Tap at Billies. No head, clear golden. Massive funk, wood, yoghurt, white cheese, dry oak, a bit of matcha but not a lot. Medium sweet and sour. Flat. Good!
