330 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate dark tan head. Aromas of chocolate nougat, coconut, soft bourbon barrel, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same but barrel effects are very subtle. Sweet with warm finish. A very good Pasty Stout even if the barrels could have added more

On tap. Pours a very dark brown with full head. Aromas of dry roasted malts, licorice, and a bit of smoke. Flavors follow same with smoke more prominent plus some alcohol. Seems thin due to the alcohol presence.

On tap. Pour black with short tan head. Aromas of soft oaky bourbon, dark chocolate, vanilla and slick roasted malts.Flavors follow same with additional chocolate nougat and sweet whiskey. Overall quite sweet but very tasty.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with short foamy tan head. Aromas of creamy coffee/mocha, roasted malts, vanilla and a little bit of smoke. Flavors of thick almost syrupy chocolate, creamy coffee, rich vanilla and oily roasted malts. Warm finish. Excellent.

On tap. Pours a deep copper color with very light head. Aromas of tart grape skins, a bit of orange peel, farmhouse and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors of earthy tart grapes, soft oaky wine, a bit more orange and wheaty malts. Interesting.

330 ml bottle. Pours almost black with shore tan head. Aromas of dusty dark chocolate, fruity cognac, slight smoke and dry roasted malts. Rich flavors of almost syrupy dark chocolate, whiskey barrels, spicy oak, more fruity cognac and more dry roasted malts; with just a hint of peat. Big mouthfeel for the relatively big ABV. Sublime.
