(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 5 Aug 2026) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, funky nose with oak wood, citrus, grapefruit and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of funky yeast, oak wood, barnyard, citrus, grapefruit and white wine. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and generous acidity. Tasty and well made. Very nice.

Vrij heldere gouden kleur met hoegenaamd geen schuim. Geur is zurig, hout. tannines. Ook wat citroen(schil) in de mond. Smaak is zurig tot zuur, iets houtig-bitterig. Lichte tot medium body. Iets droge, bitterige afdronk.

On tap. Pours a deep copper color with very light head. Aromas of tart grape skins, a bit of orange peel, farmhouse and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors of earthy tart grapes, soft oaky wine, a bit more orange and wheaty malts. Interesting.
