330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with short tan head. Aromas of oaky whiskey, dried fruit, and sharp roasted malts. Flavors of bourbon over whiskey, oak, candi sugar, raisins, dull orange peel, and dry toasted malts. Hot finish. Still, a very good sipper.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark reddish brown with short tan head. Aromas of dark fruit, dark caramel, fruity coffee, soft oak, a bit of maple syrup and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with more coffee influence. A bit thin, which also seems to bring out the coffee.

Pours black with very light tan head. Aromas of black coffee, dusty oak, dark fruit and roasted malts. Flavors of maple syrup, dry chocolate syrup, vanilla, sweetened black coffee, soft whisky barrel and oily roasted malts. Serious Brrakfast Stout bordering on Pastry.

On tap. Pours black with moderate foamy tan head. Aromas of creamy chocolate, orange peel, roasted malts and something like dank hops. Flavors of dark chocolate, and roasted malts plus acrid orange peel notes. Lighter and not as bold and well integrated as per previous vintages.

Slightly hidden entrance off square. English style pub interior with more space than it appears from outside. Eight taps that were not too memorial but an extensive online bottle list with a broad selection of Belgian Craft. Worth a stop if in the area.
