Extensive shop unit microbar with good craft keg and cask options with seating over two floors, easily found in one of the two main shopping roads in the quaint town centre of the Lancashire town. It has an attractive garden area at the rear where the live music that takes place here transfers to in warmer months.

Shop unit micropub in a quiet back street that begins opposite the Wetherspoon pub. It's quite a cosy affair across two floors after a new owner gutted the place and has done a good job with exposing the brick and pub furniture that works well. The tiny one person bar squeezed under the stairs has both cask and craft keg, probably local options as my visit yielded.

High street shop unit conversion, and a decent job turning it into an eclectic 1920's themed Speakeasy, as the name suggests. The decor is certainly to be enjoyed. The beer selection is very steady though as this place pretty much acts as a brewery bar for the local Lamb Brewery, so other than the actual Brewpub in the surrounding countryside this is the place to get your fill of those beers. Probably three and one guest available on cask.

Cask pour at Speakeasy in Skipton. Clear golden with a creamy head, is creamy enough in taste too, but is mainly just a pleasantly crisp light hoppy brew. The beer is known as Speakeasy Cream Ale or Lamb Cream Ale as noted at the Skipton Beer Festival 2023.

Wakey Wakey tap beer, I just walked in through the connecting door from the adjacent Flying Horse Hotel after exhausting the beers I wanted there . Strong tasting but equally tropical fruity, especially in aroma in this respect. Pretty much a quintessential IPA in modern times.
