MrSpooks Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Clean, straightforward Helles lager, with a cracker front accented by notes of apple, white bread, and a little cut grass, followed by a floral bitterness on the finish. Very easy to put away a pint.

Lots of straw and mild cracker malt with a touch of honeylike sweetness. Crisp, with a grassy bitter streak on the back end.

Toasted bread, apple, a touch of caramel, and a slight yeastiness on the finish, with firm lingering floral bitterness long into the fade. Not bad.

Right up the edge of being overhopped, with a mix of passion fruit, lychee, mango, peach, and grapefruit rind underlined by a hint of vegetal funk. Finishes earthy but lacking in some good West Coast piney bitterness. Solid pint, though.

Not bad, offering up a modest note of caramel and cracker with a touch of tropical fruit, with a good bit of grapefruit and citrus pith on the back end and a shitload of piney bitterness. Solid pint.
