Restaurant run by the Hamburg brewery Ratsherrn. Fairly spacious place in light wood, with a large bar at the center. Large outdoor area at the front. Up to 20 taps, mainly from Ratsherrn, but som local guest beers sometimes available. Food is traditional German fair, quite good as well. Friendly service. Inhabited mainly by locals (I guess), not overly crowded on our visit on a midweek evening. Good visit for some food in the area.

Nice and friendly beer bar in Steglitz, south of the city center. Reachable by S- or U-bahn and a five minute walk in to a residential neighbourhood. Interior in light wood and brick. Good size outdoor area at the front. Six taps and a good bottle selection. Only German beers, main focus is on traditional styles, but the odd NEIPA might turn up as well. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Traditional German food available, but menu quite limited (beer is the main focus, but even beer drinkers need to eat). A bit out of the city center, but well worth the trip.

One of the BrewDog bars in Berlin, interior is the usual BrewDog style with steel, concrete and dark wood. Fairly spacious and open. Large bar along the right hand wall when entering. Around 25 taps, a handfull are local guest beers and the rest are BrewDog beers. However some of those are from the Berlin brewery, so some new ticks may be available. Pizzas for food. Friendly service. Visited on a weekday afternoon, so it was quite slow. Opens earlier than many beer places in town. Worth a visit.
