(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 28 June 2026) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, resin and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, apricots, peaches, herbs, stone fruit and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Hoppy and crisp, with a slight alcohol bite. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, pine needles, white bread and a mild citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 24 June 2026) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasty nose with black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, whisky and oak wood. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with notes of espresso, cacao, dark chocolate, liquorice, oak wood, whisky, hints of tar and smoke, and a generous roasty bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, quite sweet (but not excessively). Rich, warming and powerful, with a good whisky barrel touch. Great beer!

(Can) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of pears, blood orange, gooseberries and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with pears, grapefruit, gooseberries and bread. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fruity, tart and refreshing. Quite nice.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, funky nose with barnyard, wood, plums, citrus, grapefruit and herbs. Fruity, tart taste with notes of yellow plums, citrus, grapefruit, barnyard, wood, herbs, yeast, stone fruit and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Fresh, fruity and tart with a certain astringency. Very nice.

(Can) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, apricots, orange peel and herbal hops. Malty taste with crisp-bread, honey, apricots, orange peel and a gentle herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and well balanced. Nice one.

(Bottle, vintage 2019) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with pears, herbs, apricots, hay, honey and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with notes of yellow pears, herbs, apricots, citrus and hay. Generous acidity. Medium body, semi dry, with a light sweetnesss shining through. Elegant and refreshing. Solid and well made perry/poiré. Very nice.

Fresh, hoppy and quite bitter. Very nice.
