(Bottle pour, Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 8 Aug 2025) Reddish brown colour with no head. Malty, slightly vinous nose with notes of caramel, nuts, oak wood, whisky, vanilla and plums. Malty, vinous taste with caramel, dried fruit, raisins, dates, figs, vanilla, oak wood, plums and a mild spicy bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, quite sweet. Rich and warming, with lots of dried fruit and a touch of whisky. Very nice.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 8 Aug 2025) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass, herbal hops, a touch of resin and lemon peel. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon peel, grass, wheat crackers, pine needles, resin, and a balanced citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Hoppy, bitter and well made WCIPA. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, passionfruit, lemon peel, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and hoppy. High drinkability. Very nice.

Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, honey, orange, mango, grass and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Refreshing. Quite nice.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, apricots, orange peel and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with apples, dried apricots, orange peel, marzipan, barnyard and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Clean, fresh and dry. Very nice.
