(Bottle) Brownish red colour with frothy, tan head. Malty nose with dried fruit, caramel, fruit cake, dried apricots, orange peel, marmalade, nougat and chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with notes of fruit cake, caramel, dried apricots, orange peel, raisins, nougat, chocolate and a mild spicy/earthy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Complex, strongish and well balanced. Very nice.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

(Can) Hazy golden orange colour with foamy, white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, white bread and herbs. Hoppy, fruity taste with pineapple, grapefruit, passionfruit, bread and a mild citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh hop character. Very nice.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Dark red colour with foamy reddish white head. Fruity nose with notes of strawberries, red grapes, raspberries and peanut butter. Fruity, sweet taste with strawberries, red grapes, red fruit and peanut butter. No bitterness. Medium body, sweet. Fruity and sweet, not very sour. Shouldn't be my kind of beer, but it actually works. Quite tasty. Nice one.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Black colour with brief head. Malty, roasted, vinous nose with strong black coffee, cacao, soy sauce, liquorice, bourbon and vanilla. Malty, roasted, sweet taste with notes of sweet espresso, cacao, dark chocolate, caramel, treacle, soy sauce, oak wood, bourbon and a balanced coffee/cacao bitterness. Full body, sweet. On the sweet side, but rich and tasty. Very nice.

(Bottle) Dark reddish brown colour with brief, foamy, beige head. Malty, vinous nose with caramel, dried fruit, figs, raisins, brown sugar, dark honey and port wine. Malty, vinous taste with notes of caramel, treacle, dark honey, dried fruit, figs, sultana raisins, spices (cinnamon, cardamom), oak wood, bourbon, brandy and a touch of port wine in a warming finish with a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, sweet. Rich, complex, warming and really tasty. Excellent beer!

(Can) Cloudy orangey red colour with big frothy, pinkish white head. Fruity nose with notes of raspberries, cherries, blood orange, red fruit and sponge cake. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, cherries, pink grapefruit, red fruit, white bread and lemon. No bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tart, smooth and fruity, with a generous berry character. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in a warming, slightly boozy, finish. Full body, quite sweet. Fresh, juicy, rich, possibly a little boozy. Great beer!
