(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 15 July 2026) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasty nose with coffee, chocolate and dark bread. Malty, roasty taste with notes of coffee, dark bread, chocolate, roasted grain and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, dry. Rich, smooth and well made porter. Very nice.

(Can) Hazy golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of crisp-bread, apricots, orange, coriander and spices. Malty taste with crisp-bread, apricots, orange and a gentle spicy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Soft, crisp and refreshing. Quite nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, grass, pine needles, crackers and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

(Visited July 2026) Tap room in the same brick building as the brewery. Located in a semi-industrial area (warehouses on one side of the road, apartments on the other), a 20 minute walk south from Battersea Power Station, or 20 min by bus and walk from Vauxhall. Interior in red brick and light wood, basic benches and tables. Bar at the back wall, 13 beers on tap on my visit, all keg. A couple of guest beers, but mainly from their own production. Good service. Crowded on my visit, so spilling out on the pavement (well, England played Argentina in the FIFA World Cup semifinal, so ... surprise!). A bit out of the way, but worth a visit if in the area.

(Bottle) Hazy pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, resin, pineapple, passionfruit, citrus, orange peel and a touch of sponge cake. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of crisp-bread, resin, pineapple, passionfruit, orange peel, grapefruit and a balanced citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and harmonious, quite smooth. Nice one.

(Draft at Mondo Tap House, Battersea, London, 15 July 2026) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with caramel, crisp-bread and orange peel. Malty taste with notes of caramel, crisp-bread, apricots, orange, marmalade and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and enjoyable. Nice one.

(Can) Pinkish red colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of wild strawberries, jelly raspberries and a touch of cherries. Fruity, sweetish taste with wild strawberries, jelly raspberries, hints of apples and a good acidity in the finish. Light body, quite sweet. A bit sweet and artificial, but refreshing on a warm summer eve. Enjoyable.
