rumore Profile - Brewver

Fairly small bar in a still central area of Amsterdam. When I visited, the place was full and lovely. Still, I was lucky to find a seat, and also engaged in a nice conversation with my neighbour. Selection is CRAZY! 50 taps, all functioning and all taken by Dutch beers, from standards to exotic ones. Amazing! Prices were OK. Overall, a great place. I look forward to returning!

Nice old school bar in the central part of Amsterdam. Wooden furniture, no embellishments. Good selection of beers, from standards to little specialties. Prices in these places are always a little high, especially for specialty beers, but OK. Overall, a nice place with a great location.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow, hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is grainy, herbal. Body is average, with nice carbonation. Taste is medium bitter. Final is average in intensity.

Tap at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours orange amber, with a nice head of white foam, quickly fading. Aroma has a nice funkiness. Body and carbonation are average. Some astringency. Taste is medium sour, with good astringency in the final.

Tap at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours partially hazy, dark blonde, with very fine white foam. Aroma is funky, even a little acetic. Body is average, with moderate carbonation and marked astringency. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is fairly long.

Tap at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours dark blonde, partially transparent, with no foam. Aroma is delicate, a little funky and fruity. Body is average, with no carbonation. Taste is very moderately sweet, with delicate acidity as well. Final is average in intensity and length, earthy.
