From the bottle at a tasting at Beer Out, Forlì, Italy. Pours light amber, medium transparent, with little fine foam. Aroma is very particular, herbal, almost recalling some dishwashing soap. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is average, but with some astringency.

From the bottle at a tasting at Beer Out, Forlì, Italy. Pours a golden ramen, medium transparent, with no foam. Aroma is resinous, winey, just a little funky. Body is average, with no carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is rather long.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly transparent, with rather fine white foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, citrus and tropical. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately acidic, with some sweetness behind. Final is average, tart, with just a touch of astringency.

Tap at Bierproeflokaal In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Pours black, with fine brown foam. Aroma is of coffee and cocoa, even a little cigar and a hint of toffee. Body is partially dense, with light delicate carbonation. Taste is smoked, fairly bitter. Final is not particularly intense, but still bitter and a little earthy.
