Have always loved porters and stouts. In recent years I have grown to really enjoy European and American lagers.

16 oz can from the brewery. Thanks to S & L. Aroma is soft melon, mild white grapes, and papaya. Flavor is a direct rendition of the aroma.
Texture is soft and supple with light pillow like feel. Very light bitterness for balance. Very well crafted. Super crushable.

16 oz can from the brewery. Thanks to S & L. Canned 1/13/2026. Aroma is mild nondescript fruit and very slight caramel malt. The main flavor is just like the aroma. The problem here is the very sharp astringent finish. Just a huge blast of astringency. I could guess this was a much better beer four months ago. Probably fairs much better on draft.

12 oz can from the brewery. Thanks to S & L. Aroma is soft lime and that beloved white grape I get from Nelson Sauvin. Flavor is exactly that. Lime and orange zest with nice long lingering white grape characteristics. Very juicy character with no bitterness. This certainly is something that could be drank in large volumes.

16 oz can. A clear deep ruby colored liquid. Aroma, soft, black currant mixed with apple skins. The flavor is well balanced between the tart black currants, and the sweet apples. They’re a good counter point for each other.
Shows me a little more tartness in the finish, than the apple. Super easy to drink.

64 oz. growler from the brewery. Shared with the tasting group on April 25 2026. Aroma starts off with a little caramel and light roasted malt. Flavor follows with a decent chocolate character. Decent body and texture for a under 7% stout.
