Bottle in bar near old harbour in La Rochelle, later had draught in a different bar. Good strong IPA flavour.

Another pub close to the county cricket ground so handy for a lunchtime pint. I went one evening and it was quiet although a folk band were playing, not sure if it was an actual gig or if they were just rehearsing. Pleasant beer garden and selection of Crouch Vale cask beers.
