Visited 06.09.25. Easy to get to by a combination of Metro and Tram. A good selection of Belgian bottled beers. A very poor selection of Lambics, but all other styles are well represented with prime beers. Also some beers from the Czech Republic and a few other European countries. Friendly and enthusiastic English-speaking service. Friendly prices as well.

From bottle at Skrivestova in Budapest 08.09.25 to celebrate the Norwegian election results of today. Dark brown to ebony. Fine brown head and lacing. Well-balanced, interesting and good aroma and taste of cigar box, roasted malt, espresso, grapefruit and pine. Lingering bitterness.

From tap at the Belvárosi Sörfesztivál, Budapest, 07.09.25. Enony. Pale brown head and lacing. Aroma and taste of burnt caramel and sweet brittle. The bitterness is crashing with all other tastes of the beer. Unharmonious. Please try again

From tap at the Belvárosi Sörfesztivál, Budapest, 07.09.25. Hazy straw colour. White head and lacong. Aroma and taste that bring out the Nelson Sauvin, with sorrel, white pepper, citrus zest and so on. Interesting and good. Warming mouthfeel.

From tap at the Belvárosi Sörfesztivál, Budapest, 07.09.25. Hazy straw colour. White head and lacing. Artificial aroma of wine gum and decaying citrus fruits. Taste of pale malt, old citrus and marmalade. Not great.

From tap at the Belvárosi Sörfesztivál, Budapest, 07.09.25. Milky pale yellow. Fine white head and lacing. Solid aroma and taste of grapefruit, lemon peel, sorrel, herbs and pale malt. Citrus and pine bitterness is lingering for long. And excellent double NEIPA.
