Can 0.5l, one year aged. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- nice pineapple, citrus jelly, salt. FLAVOR- dry, lightly sour, lightly salty, slightly bitter, pineapple, citrusy, coriander. Medium bodied.
A bit insipid.

Bottle 0.75l, almost two years aged. Seems clear, dark copper to black colored. AROMA- so strong coffee, liquor, brandy, something burnt, plum jam. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, just slightly bitter, warming, cherry liqueur, coffee, sharp alcohol. Fuller bodied.
Not bad, not great, too.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Hazy, green colored. AROMA- sweet, sour, fruity and green vegetable, kiwi, guava, banana. FLAVOR- quite sweet, lightly sour, the same as aroma. Thick, syrupy body.
Sweet fruit syrup, this time very tasty.

Bottle 0.75l, four and half years aged. A bit cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- flowery, apple, lemon, mirabelles, herbal. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, slightly sharp, apple, apricot, lemon, herbal finish. Fuller bodied.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Cloudy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- guava, maracuja, simply exotic tropical fruit. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, nice guava, maracuja, maybe some kiwi, nice sour ale base. Medium to fuller bodied.
Well aged, very tasty.

Bottle no. 01099, 0.75l. At De Halve Maan bought 14.7.2015, drunk today. Hmm, it was so nice BENELUX trip...
Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- nice aged character, winous, lots of forest berries, strawberry, raisins. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, light wine-like sourness, lightly bitter, very well hidden alcohol, raspberry, strawberry, dark grapes, cherry. Full bodied.
Aged to perfection.

Bottle 0.75l, no.519. Almost five years aged. Cloudy, dark red colored. AROMA- mix of berries, lactose, vanilla, jam dessert. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately sour, jam, my father's homemade syrups, liquor, cream. Fuller bodied.
Nice beer on top of this bottle, nice fruit wine in the middle, not so nice jam at the bottom.

Can 0.5l, year and half aged. Lightly cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- touch of wood and whiskey, roasted, a bit chocolate and coffee. FLAVOR- neutral, medium bitterness, roasted, coffee, dark chocolate, wood. Light, a bit watery body.
