Super nice crisp and clean pilsner. Really good. Bright golden and clear. Nose is fresh grassy new mown hay type hop, a little spiciness, crackery malt profile with a nice medium bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, semi-dry. Truly a great one. I like these little 8.8oz cans they sell it in but they're kinda pointless because you need to drink 2 of em, but thats OK, drinking 2 is easy!

Holy smokes, my 2nd beer from this brewery and so far that's 2 homeruns! This is one of those where you're a bit sad as you drain the last from the glass, wishing you had more. Nose is big on sour dough yeastiness, light vague fruitiness, plenty of funk. Initial flavor is quite sour but it mellows as you get used to it, really nice mix of sweet and sour flavors but only balanced to semi-sweet at finish, which really makes this drinkable. Soft carbonation, yellowish color, hazy-ish, light foam. Just a damn good sour. Bottle from Upsala Market, Sanford FL

Always excited for this one. Its good but it might not be the best in the history of this line up. Golden to amber color, medium head. Bready, light spicy hop note. Medium bitterness. Extremely drinkable. I've never been to the actual oktoberfest but I've read how marzens are not served there, but rather a lighter golden beer. This makes me wonder how close it is to the actual beers served at ofest in Munich. Not that it matters to the review, I just got curious. Cans from a Publix in Sanford, FL

12 oz cans from Publix Oviedo FL. Looks like a trad IPA in the glass, light chill haze, golden to copper, medium head. Nose hints at resin, sweat sock, onions. Flavor similar but also some grapefruit rind and something semi-dank. Semi-sweet lightly caramelized malt profile, biscuity maybe. Medium bitter finish. Nice to see a trad IPA on the market, but in that tradition, this sits squarely in the middle of the road.

Pretty good, nice citrusy notes and pine resin bitterness at the finish. Dry crackery malts. I like it.

Outstanding! Nice purple grape juice color, slight head. Vibrant concord grape nose and flavor, with a nice medium tartness balanced by grape and malt sweetness. Medium bodied but comes across fairly light and easy drinking, but that 8.5% this will take you out if you drink it as fast as I did lol. Anyway, this brewery seems promising and I'm heading back to get the other 3 variants I saw on the shelf. Bottle from Upsala market, Sanford FL

A lot of tropical fruit here, big pineapple, a little sweat sock (cuz I always smell that in the tropical hops). Juicy and hazy. Some actual resinous bitterness here is a bit of a surprise.
