Oakes Profile - Brewver

Bright and pale, bubbly head. Weird mix of hops but of course the citra onion jumps out. Medium bitterness. Clean pale base. Typical RR structure. But lack of hop coherence.

Tell me a story besides “we wasted rare hops by burying them under citra" because that story is old and it sucks.

Haze, big massive plum aroma, a bit yeasty, but massive plum. Tart, plummy, depths of fruit, acidity.

Hazy, decent, yeasty, a bit lean, seems like it doesn’t have the bitterness or hop pop of tipopils. Weird.
