Oakes Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Pours a rasp-accented hue, with some haze. On the palate, the peach shows first, then the berry. Light diacetyl kicks in…berry beers are not immune from this. The base sour is lightly acidic.

Golden-brown colour, nice frothy head. Sweet malts, like toffee, breadcrust. Well-balanced and tasty.

Dull colour, medium head. Aroma has some orangey hop, a bit of muddled yeastiness. Some lime in there, low bitterness. It’s okay at best.
