Pale, no head, has that buttery note coming through from the oak, finishes tannic, low carbo for something that’s supposed to be prosecco-influenced. But the buttery note.

Definitely citra in this. But it comes through well, good hop character, the bitterness works well with the tartness of the apples.

Low carbo, pale amber, dry, buttery, lots of tannins but that butteriness, while appealing to Chardonnay drinkers, is too diacetylic for me…the underlying cider is austere, tannic, pretty good.

Light amber, slight haze. 25% eating apples, spicy nutmeg aroma, earthy, dry, light sweetness, moderate tannins. A bit of an alcoholic punch. Solid, scrumpyish. Not as complex as good English stuff but decent.
