Pale grey, and it's all ginger on the nose. It's light bodied and sour, with a bit of lemon. It's fine, has a juicy ginger character, very refreshing in that sense.

Dark brown. No head. That's rich, umami, extra chocolate, light vanillins, bourbon. Rich dark malts, cacao, a flurry of bourbon character, more umami...I've had some really high end soy sauce in Japan, and this goes in that direction. There's a good vinous note, just that little bit of acidity that rounds out the richness. The highest form of blender's art.

Hazy, pale, thin head. Big peach aroma, good sort of tannic note. The palate is light and soft. Bright peach, that subtle vinous complexity. It's dry, with a slightly higher effervescence that has it coming across light, bright, slightly tart, and just very well balanced.

Dark brown. This has cinnamon, nutmeg and that peach brandy. There's a lot going on, on the palate. Tonka, cinnamon, nutmeg all there. Some mellow dark malt barley wine. The peach brandy is big on the finish as well. This is complex, a bit all over the place, but in a good way.

Hazy and tan. Thin head. The aroma is fairly toasty, a bit of honey. Light body, a bit sticky, and there's not a whole lot of complexity to it. I mean it's okay but it's going nowhere, really.

Dark brown. No head. Nice chiles like guajillo sort, along with coconut, decent bourbon. On the palate, vanilla and cinnamon, the chiles are again dry and earthy, but more complementary on the palate where on the nose they take the lead. It's thick, and sticky sweet, and the adjuncts aren't bad. Excellent.

Hazy and dirty blonde colour. Medium head. It's got some brett c, brett lambicus, pedio. On the body, fluffy, mellow brett, a touch lemony, again maybe pedio but it's quite light. Light acidity. Good stuff, light and bright.

Quite pale yellow. Not much head. Aroma is fruity - peachy, passionfruit, lychee notes. This has a mid-range bitterness, and the fruit is really bright here. Good balance. Malts come across fairly sweet, but that's also sort of the honeyish lychee notes from the krush.
