Can (3/26/25) from the brewery. Opaque, milky yellow with nice sparkle, thin cap of head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong arm-pit/cooking herb, vague hint of background fruit. Taste follows aroma re: strong herb but there's tropical fruit, grapefruit and honey malt backdrop as well. Frothy texture, average carbonation and dry finish as taste with mild lingering bitterness. Faint late alcohol warmth. The herbal Nelson vs. the white grape Nelson (sigh) but at least they embraced it whole hog. Strong with some interesting complexity in the flavor. Strangely light and frothy.
