750 ml bottle. Pours deep berry red to purple with dissipating pink bubbles. Sharp raspberry, milder blueberry, vanilla hints, lacto. Taste: moderate sharp, sour red berry fruits, vanilla apparent but not overpowering. Dry on the palate. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. I'm sure some conoisseurs turn theit nose up at this pastry lambic, but I like it's quirkiness

Can online from the brewery. Pours hazed gold with white foam. Grapefruit & grass on the aroma & taste. Towards medium sweet with lighter bitterness. Medium body with fine carbonation. Mildly astringent finish.
