750ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Yeasty funky and vinous fruity aroma, wheaty and pale malyt background, notes of white grapes, white wine, funk, some brett, white pepper, whiffs of floral honey. Taste is tart, tangy, mildly funky and slightly vinous fruity, slightly woody, tannic, hints of white grapes, white wine, some oak; lingering slightly astringent and dry finish.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively mild, fairly complex, nevertheless somehow a bit monotonous - not bad, but simply doesn't count to my most favourite styles.
