Poured deep amber with a nice creamy head. Great lacing. Scents include malt, ripe fruit and light hop. First swig was delicious with flavours of medium bitter hops and a bit of must. Finish was a great level of bitterness with malty overtones lingering.

This Märzen poured a deep copper colour with a creamy, tan colour head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, raisin, sweet malt, must and maybe a bit of maple syrup. First swig had a nice thick, sweet mouthfeel with flavours of ripe fruit, malt and raisins. Finish is quite sweet with strong malt flavours lingering.

This oyster stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include dark roasted coffee, dark chocolate, molasses and a little dough. First swig was a little thin on the mouthfeel, but delicious nonetheless. Flavours of black coffee, cocoa and roasted malts. Finish is nice and burnt with smokey, dark roast flavours lingering.

This English Ale poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a white, fizzy head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, pineapple, honey and malt. First swig was light and malty, with flavours of medium bitter hops and malt. Finish is all hops with lighter malt flavours lingering.

This black ale poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include roasted malt, coffee, nuts and molasses. First swig was delicious. Well roasted with flavours of black coffee, dark cocoa and burnt malts and grains. Finish is all coffee and little bitter cocoa flavour lingering.
