Tessic Profile - Brewver (Dev)

This dark lager poured a deep red colour with an off white coloured, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include sweet malt, caramel, biscuit and molasses. First swig was very creamy and sweet with not a lot of carbonation. Flavours heavy with the malt, with caramel and molasses right behind. Finish is thick, sweet and ever so malty.

This Helles poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, dough, straw and a wee bit of perm solution. First swig was quite nice. Fresh and clean flavour with medium carbonation. Flavours of corn, honey, light toast, light grass and cereal. Finish is malty with corn and cereal flavours lingering.

This wheat poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include clove, sour dough, must, cardboard and pineapple. First swig was a little thin, with flavours of clove, dough, yeast, banana and orange rind. Finish is medium bitter with flavours of hop and rind.

This nut brown poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include toasted malt, caramel, nuts, dough and a wee bit of metal. First swig was pretty good. A little thin mouthfeel with medium low carbonation and flavours of dark toast, malt, caramel and a distant Melloids cough drops. Finish is toasty with malty goodness lingering.

Moo Milk Stout from Wave Maker Craft Brewery (Cambridge, Canada 🇨🇦)

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include cocoa, coffee, molasses and a little licorice. First swig was nice and roasted with lots of burnt flavour. Tastes of coffee, cocoa, burnt toast and a hint of wine. Finish is burnt and lightly sweet with dark roasted coffee flavours lingering.
