This amber poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include malt, cardboard and ripe fruit. First swig was pretty good. A little sweet and slightly thin but nice flavour. Flavours of toffee, light toast, ripe fruit and mild hops. Finish is malty with light bitterness lingering.

This porter poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include dark roast coffee, black toast, dark chocolate and molasses. First swig was very roasted. Flavours of black coffee, pure cocoa, molasses and a little cardboard. Finish is medium bitter with coffee flavours lingering forever.

This Wee poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include rum, cocoa, vanilla and malt. First swig was smooth and minimally carbonated. Flavours of rum, malt, toffee and a little vanilla. Finish is sweet with rummy, caramel flavours lingering.

This cream ale poured a golden amber colour with a soapy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, cooked veggies, honey and a little dough. First swig was slightly sweet with flavours of corn, malt,bread and light hops. Finish is mildly hoppy with corn and hop bitterness lingering.

This black lager poured just that, black. With a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, cardboard, little ripe fruit and ? First swig was nice and smooth with flavours of dark toast, cocoa, coffee and mild hops. Finish is burnt with a bit of hoppy bitterness lingering.

This porter poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, brown sugar, lightly roasted coffee, toast and nuts. First swig was a little thin with flavours of dark toast, caramel, a little vanilla, powdered cocoa and roasted malts. Finish is toasted malt mostly with a little cocoa on the back.

This pale ale poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a nice, fizzy big head. Decent lacing. Scents include grass, lemon and orange citrus, pine and minimal cooked veggies. First swig was crisp and clean with flavours of lemon, grass and pine. Finish is Lemon Pledge with medium bitterness lingering. One of those to me as having too much flavour on the hop side…

This lager poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a decent, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, dough, biscuit and a little honey and hops. First swig was ok. A little weak full of corn flavours and milder hop. Finish is corn and hop with that same hop bitterness lingering. Drinkable.
