500ml can from Total Wine. Pours a hazy gold color with a tight white head and very good retention. Good lacing. Pale malt and light bread aroma. The taste follows the nose, with pale malt flavor and a light bready finish. Smooth, clean, and refreshing. Prost! Medium body. Medium-high carbonation. Low bitterness. A really good festbier.

12 oz. can from Trader Joe's. Pours a crystal clear orange-gold color with a khaki head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Caramel malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Sweet caramel malt flavor throughout with a slightly metallic finish. Medium body. Too low carbonation. Not bitter. Not a great Oktoberfest beer, but a decent beer at a good price.

330ml bottle from Supermarcati Max in Messina, Sicily, Italy. Pours a clear amber-gold color with a small off-white head and decent retention. Minimal lacing. Standard pale malt aroma. Sweet pale malt flavor throughout. Super smooth and clean. A really good lager. Very refreshing and repeatable. Medium body. Medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. Well done.

12 oz. can from Publix. Pours a crystal clear orange-bronze color with a khaki head and decent retention. Very limited lacing. A mix of sweet malt and light hops aroma. The taste follows the nose, with a 50/50 mix of malts and hops flavors. A bit too hoppy for my palate, but itโs okay. Oktoberfest beers should not be hoppy or bitter. Medium body and very low carbonation. Hoppy, but low bitterness.

The taste follows the nose: Bright, herbal malt flavor with a slightly citrus finish. Okay, but it tastes somewhat artificial. Light body and high carbonation. Not bitter.

Strong chemical flavor with a strong boozy finish. Definitely tastes like a malt liquor. Neither smooth nor clean. Not enjoyable. Medium body. Lower than expected carbonation. Low bitterness. Headache-inducing.
