Bottle from the brewery via Facebook auction and shared at the May 2025 PS tasting, 5/10/25. Ruby red, slight haze, thin white head. Aroma of dry berry, pepper, oak, jammy berry. Taste is jammy fruits, blackberry, oak.

Shared at the May 2025 PS tasting, 5/10/25. Dark brown, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of toffee, raisin, dates, oak. Taste is cherry, toffee, vanilla, raisin, oak, caramel, hint of smoke.

Can shared at the May 2025 PS tasting, 5/10/25. LOL my auto-correct had this as Mitsubishi. Hazy yellow, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of yuzu, pear, bready malt. Taste is citrus, pear, bready malt. Crisp.

Tried 5/10/25. Cool to find a new beer from my 2nd favorite WI brewery. Aroma of wheat, coriander, mild citrus. Taste is citrus, nuts, coriander, sunflower seeds, spice. Well balanced, high carb.

Bottle brought back from Germany by my former friend the asshole denier Steve, 5/9/25. Thanks. Sad to lose a friendship Steve. Clear gold, medium fizzy white head. Aroma of strong floral and Noble hops, bready malt. Taste is bready malt, bright citrus, Noble hop. Crisp. Nice.
