1300th place rating! 8/6/25. Stopped by on my way to the coast. Small, tight town. Found street parking easy. And free. Smallish place, but probably bigger than it looks. Nice vibe, especially the ceiling with its huge beams. Brewery is VERY close to the bar just behind. Tried four beers. Kettle sour was OK, milk stout good, two IPAs (one West Coast, one hazy) both very astringent. Sad. Food (clam chowder) was quite good. Service was good, but they needed a second server and the one there was overworked. Overall worth it if in town, but not if you're coming out of the way.

Open barely six weeks. 330 on a Saturday pretty busy. Found street parking easily. Big place. Big cumbersome bar. Tables. Picnic tables outdoors but they plan a beer garden. Tried a flight of 4. They needed some tweaking, but overall a good start and all were drinkable. ESB and vanilla porter too bitter and off balance. No beer to go at the moment but coming soon. Food was good. Good service. Decent stop for now and I'm looking forward to see how they grow.

Surprised to learn there was a brewery in Waupun (Hi Steven Avery!). But happy to find it's a good brewery! Parking a little bit tight. Busy 230ish on a Saturday. Easily found a seat at the bar. Big, bright, open, large brewery space behind the bar. Patio. Tried three beers so far (with a fourth sharing w/ friends on Monday). IPA, APA, and Belgian witbier all good. No flights per se, but 6 ounce pours Food menu looked good but did not eat. Customer service was excellent. Overall Waupun is a bit of a hike, but not too far from I-41 and Fond du Lac (which now has its own brewery). But it's well worth a stop if nearby.

Been meaning to come here for years. Big place with a big outdoor patio. It's an old bank which leads to a nice historical vibe. The flight trays are modified safe deposit boxes. The second of three WI breweries with a bank vault installed (original Lion's Tail 1st and upcoming Vault 202). At least as far as I know. Tried a flight of four beers. All good. Service was very good. Did not eat. Price for the flight solid ($10 for 4 x 4 oz). Worth a stop if nearby.

Stopped by Thursday. Not my first attempt. They were closed for a private event on my first attempt. Located in the same space previously occupied by Eagle Park and Component. This place is a little brewery incubator. Smallish inside. Some couches, bar. 12 or so taps. Tried five, all good. Got two to go, Belgian dubbel was good last night. I've also tried several at festivals and through friends and quality is always good. Bartender friendly and helpful. 100% worth a stop as in the same building are two more breweries, a distillery, a chocolate maker, a bakery, a Mexican restaurant, and some good urban exploration.
