Crower freshly filled at the brewery, 4/6/25. Clear gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, Noble hops, hint of honey. Taste is honey and pale malt. It's a little honey dominant but not bad.

12 ounce bottle from Ridgeview Liquors, 4/3/25. Black, thin brown head, average retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, coffee. Taste is roast, chocolate, raisin, coffee, caramel, vanilla. Very complex. Moderate booze but well balanced given the ABV. Very nice.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Appleton, 4/2/25. Clear red, medium tan head, cola-like retention. Aroma of very sweet berry, sweet apple. Taste is sweet apple, tart and sweet berry. Slick. Decent balance. Decent.

Tried at the brewery, 4/2/25. Near black, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of roast, green hops, resin. Taste is roast, bitter green hops, followed by chocolate. Strong bitterness. Very reminiscent of a black IPA. Nice.

Can't believe I forgot to rate this place from yesterday. 8/6/25. Located on the main drag in the Ocean Shores tourist town. Smallish place with several tables and a large tented outdoor space. 16-ish taps but they pack into that lots of excellent locals. Had two flights to try half of the list. A single cooler of cans and bottles had lots of local beers. Tried two flights and a pint myself and all was good. Lots of Fort George here which is always a good thing if you like IPAs. Simple menu and I had a nice Polish sausage with chips. Service was fantastic. Prices reasonable. I'm tempted to call this place a world class beer stop. Not willing to go that far but it is very good. Worth going out of your way for.

Directly across the street from my hotel and I needed a snack and a cup of chili nearly hit the spot. Near miss. Chili was tasty but thin and a little agressively spiced. Good beer list, with local beers. Mainly a cocktail bar and has that vibe. Moderate sized place with medium woods. Flights available but I just had a 10 ounce local DIPA. Overall decent stop but nothing too special. If you're in the Fairfield across the street this is your local-est restaurant.
