Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/25. Near black, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate. Taste is roast, nuts, chocolate. Well balanced. New brewery! Brewery # 2574, USA # 1970, Indiana # 42. Someone in our group must have gone to Indiana end of March / early April. My last three new breweries are all in Indiana!

Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/25. First tick of this brewery in 11 years, but not a new brewery thanks to @deyholla. Black, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, minerals, caramel. Taste is roast, caramel, raisin, vanilla, minerals. A bit sweet.

Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/25. Hazy orange, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of grainy bready malt, honey, citrus, earth. Taste is sweet bready malt, floral hops.

Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/2025. Clear copper thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of pumpkin spice, caramel, tea. Taste is caramel, pumpkin spice, vanilla. Overall way too sweet. Meh.

Half liter bottle by Facebook auction from the brewery. Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/2025. Clear orange, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of strong funk, oak, stale hops, hint of mushroom. Taste is tart fruits, strong phenols, sweet citrus. High carb, moderate tartness.
