My Stats (Click one to view detailed breakdowns)
Deeply underachieving beer snob. I'll occasionally have a drink, and when I do I want it to be a good one. Oh, and if I give a detailed rating on a beer, rather than a quick tick, you can ignore the specifics. I don't need to judge appearance, or whatever. I just don't want to leave a rating rounded to the nearest .5, like the quick tick limits you to.

Can brought back from Montreal by the Mrs. Notably sweet malt base, dusty resinous hops, with some bitterness to balance the syrupy sweet.

Mindly hoppy resin, light tropical fruits, a little hop burn and oddly a touch of booze, mild sweet malt, mild bitter. Tis' ok. Can from the LCBO.

Can from LCBO. Caveat up front. I bought this in June? or so? Drinking it in early September, and it was brewed last February. I had a lot of beers that needed attention this summer, forgive me. That said this beer isn't great. I'm getting surprisingly little lime. Maybe the yeast metabolized it all out? Crisp biscuit malt, mild lime at the edges, with a pithy mild bitterness in the finish. I enjoy left field but this was a swing and a miss. If I have a fresher version of this I'll update.

Draft at Rebel House cloudy pink, nearly fuchsia, with a sheer of sparse white head. Juicy passion fruit noise. Taste is mildly aserbic sour balancing the juicy tropical fruits. Lingering sour.

Passable German wheat. The esters weren't bad, not quite the banana and other notes I was expecting, little plasticy. But decent enough.
