Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a bubbly off-white head, average stay and some soapy lacing spots. Big fruity nose with orange juice, tropical-stone fruit notes and some good grassiness. The taste is a touch milder, with still lot of fruitiness, grassy hops and light oats lingering. Hints of lime and white grapes. A juicy, wet mouthfeel with a nice drying, lightly bitter finish. An interesting NEIPA that is juicy, but with a punchier hoppiness of herbal, bitter, grassiness.

473ml can that pours a hazy, red-pinkish colour with a white-pinky cap, good stay and foamy lacing. Aromas of blackberries, fruitiness, oats and hints of wax. Getting a tad kettle sourness in the nose and the taste, even more. Some decent fruitiness, but ends a bit too quick, and mild tart appears. A decent, refreshing, fruity hazy Pale Ale, but wish it had a little more punch, lingering fruitiness and less waxiness.

Lightly hazed (getting hazier as it pours), mid-golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good retention and nice foamy lacing. Some drying grassiness in the nose with lots of hops, and herbal, fruity hints. A little more fruity, juicy in the taste with good citrusy notes, and not overly drying in the finish. I remember having their 12-pack of mixed HYPER versions, that this one was one of their better ones. A refreshing, juicy, a little stronger version of their classic Catnip.

Fairly clean, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. A malty nose with some yeastiness, and hints of spicy Pils, grassiness, fruitiness. The herbal touch comes out in the taste, with a tad spiciness, a malty base and grassy hops. A crisp mouthfeel with decent dryness in the end, and mild tart left on the tongue. A nicely balanced Keller Pilsner with the sweet-spicy malts, and the grassy-herbal hoppiness, all being a refreshing lager.

4-pack from the brewery, Easter VT weekend 2026. Pours a real dark brown colour with mild ruby highlights, a big frothy-creamy, warm-beige head, good retention and full patches of foamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with some oats, and eventually, the coffee come out with a tad booze, wood. The taste shows some good roasted barley malts, a little coffee, and everything building up some bitterness, grassiness. An oily mouthfeel, that is quite smooth, before the dryness. Quite a nice, stronger Coffee Oatmeal Stout with some full, grassy-bitterness, woodiness and dryness.

A slight haze, amber-red-orangy coloured with a pinkish head that fizzes away quickly. Fruity aromas of raspberries with cherry notes and a touch of sourness. Much more sour in the taste, with a little puckering finish, with the raspberry flavours. A little watered down at 4% ABV., at first, but the lingering finish builds up. A refreshing, sour raspberry light beer for summer that gets better as you sip it.

Hazy, golden colour with a very slight orangy hue, a warm-white cap, average stay and some decent foamy-soapy lacing spots. Fruity nose with orange juice, tangerines, clementines, a touch of white wine grapes and hints of dried raisins. A creamyish mouthfeel, more juicy, with some tart, and dryness in the finish. Some good citruses, fruitiness in the taste, but not as powerful as in the aromas. A fine juicy NEIPA, that is more on the tannins, tart, drying side with a blend of citruses and white grapes.

A little haze, bright-light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and mild lace. Some nice orange juice nose, and almost punch drink scent, but not on the fake side. A touch of lime as well. All on the mild side, and the taste is even milder. The mouthfeel is on the lighter bodied side. Flavours of citrus and mineral notes. Not a bad Session NEIPA, that is milder than most, but good for a small break in between stronger beers.

Slightly unfiltered, deep amber colour with golden highlights, a light beige frothy head, leaving some good foamy lacing. Bready malt aromas with mineral notes, a caramel touch and hints of apples. A smooth, silky mouthfeel with just a tad dryness in the end. A fresh malty taste with a roasty feel and very well-balanced hops to finish it all. Quite a refreshing, easy-drinking, super smooth Altbier that goes down very well.

This one seemed to have become "La Légère", which is the one I got, and is now discontinued. Light, golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and nice foamy lacing all-around. Fresh cereal malt nose with apple notes, hints of pears, honey and herbs. The taste is a blend of the mild herbal touch, the light fruitiness and grainy cereal malt. Quite a refreshing, light beer with the better notes of a microbrewery.
