From a 250ml can (from a four pack of different big beers in the Royalty Edition). Pours a very deep amber/brown with no discernible head. The nose features some fruit cake, and light caramel and toffee notes. Tastes of rye bread, brown sugar, preserved fruit, caramel, toffee with a touch of spice. Moderately bitter at the back with a good dash of warming, lingering booze. Syrupy mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. A very enjoyable big sipper. Love the idea of putting these big beers in little cans - the tall boys are perhaps a bit too much if you're not sharing.

From a 440ml can on 12/8/2026. Pours like dark chocolate milk with a huge foamy head that dissipates slowly. The nose features lots of milk chocolate and peanut notes. It's very rocky road flavour wise - chocolate, peanuts and marshmallow, though it has a slightly odd sharpness, with maybe some cherry, that takes the edge off the sweetness. Has a super creamy mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Pretty good, but the oddness of the finish detracts a touch from the overall experience.

From a 330ml can on 10/8/2026. Pours a deep brown with the barest of heads. Has a distinct nose of chocolate and fragrant berries. Also tastes of rock dark chocolate and fermenting berries, with some soy and brown sugar, leading into a light roasty bitterness. Fullish body with moderate to average carbonation. Bold and very flavoursome.

From a 440ml can on 9/8/2026. Pours a slightly opaque caramel colour with no discernible head. The nose features caramel, toffee, brown sugar and bourbon. It's rinse and repeat on the sip, with the addition of some dates, prunes, and raisins. End with a moderate, sharpish bitterness with a warming bourbon finish. Complex, delightful.

From a 440ml can on 9/8/2026. Pours a hazy deep golden with a small to medium head. The nose is lightly fruity, with some peachy notes. Taste features peach, apricot and lemon, finishing moderately bitter. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. A very solid hazy with nice balance.
