500ml bottle, 2025 vintage. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of milk chocolate, coconut, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours inky black with a thin mocha brown head that has no retention or lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, milk chocolate and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes silky smooth with coconut, oak and bourbon as well as a wonderful booziness that warms the belly on this chilly night. Fantastic.

Can. Plum aroma with notes of marionberry, biscuity malt and floral hops. Pours cloudy reddish-golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and little lacing. Starts with plum and biscuity malt flavors. Finishes smooth and a bit tart with marionberry and floral hop flavors. Decent.

500ml corked bottle, 2025 vintage. Caramel aroma with notes of toffee, cherry, dark fruit, spicy yeast, clove and chocolate. Pours dark caramel brown colored with a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee, chocolate and clove flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth but a bit dry with cherry, spicy yeast and dark fruit flavor. Good quad, the cherries add brightness to it that’s very enjoyable.

Can. Tangerine aroma with notes of orange, stone fruit, grapefruit, pineapple and pine resiny hops. Pours clear golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with stone fruit, pineapple and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry with orange, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors as well as some bitterness. Decent.

Very nice imperial stout.

Pours hazy golden colored with a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy passionfruit, pineapple, orange and tangerine flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with mango, grapefruit and floral hop flavors. Pretty nice hazy.

Starts with grainy malt, toasted malt and pear flavors. Finishes crisp and refreshing with straw and grassy hop flavors. Excellent pils.
