Bomber, 2021 vintage. Jammy raspberry aroma with notes of blackberries, coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, whiskey and oak. Pours black with a thin mocha brown head that has good retention and decent lacing. Starts with chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla and coffee flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes robust, but still quite smooth with blackberry, raspberry, whiskey and oak flavors. Still quite jammy after 4+ years.

Pint can. Guava aroma with notes of passion fruit, white grape, gooseberry, nectarine, grapefruit and tangerine. Pours cloudy golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy guava, passion fruit, gooseberry and tangerine flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with white grape, nectarine and grapefruit flavors. Pretty nice.

Bomber, 2023 vintage. Toffee aroma with notes of chocolate, coffee, leather, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with half a finger of mocha brown head that has good retention and good lacing. Starts with rich toffee, chocolate, molasses, leather and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with coffee, brown sugar, bourbon and oak flavors as well as excellent warming booze at the end. Excellent!

Can. Tart raspberry aroma with notes of lemon, funk and lacto. Pours pinkish-amber colored with half a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with tart raspberry and lacto flavors as well having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and tart with lemon and funky. Very nice sour.

Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of grape, lime, orange, grapefruit, mango, tangerine and grassy hops. Pours hazy golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango, lime and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry and zippy but still quite smooth with grape, grapefruit and grassy hop flavors. Bright and refreshing. Quite good.

Bottle. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, bread and cherry. Pours black with a finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate and bready malt flavors as well as having a full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes bone dry but quite smooth with coffee and cherry flavors. Good final iteration of this series.

Starts with juicy passion fruit, lychee and grapefruit hop flavors. Finishes dry but smooth with mango, papaya and floral hop flavors. Quite nice.
