Draught @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Mar 2025). Extremely hazy bright yellow with a small foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-pineapple taste, faint mango flavor, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Juicy NEIPA.

Draught @ THe Hoptimist, Manhattan (Mar 2025). Cloudy dark yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, tropical fruit aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange-mango=tropical fruit taste, thin body, long finish. Solid NEIPA.

Draught @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Mar 2025). Clear dark brown with red highlights, small foamy beige head, faint toasted malt aroma, high carbonation, bitterish dark toasted malt-caramel taste, thin body, long bitterish finish., A smooth schwartzbier!

Draught @ The Wicked Monk, Brooklyn (Oct 2024). Clear rich golden with a foamy off-white head, orange peel aroma, bitterish orange peel taste with floral hops, thin smooth body, long finish. Quite a smooth IPA.

Draught @ The Wicked Monk, Brooklyn (Oct 2024). Clear golden with a small foamy whitish head, yeast aroma, high carbonation, bitter yeasty taste with basement flavors and faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish. A nice saison, a bit more bitter than expected.

Visited in October 2024. An Irish pub in Bay Ridge, off the trodden path, with mostly local clientele, quite a large restaurant with multiple spaces. Dark wood paneling and stone walls, high ceilings, and a small altar (?) at one corner. The place looks like a chapel actually. Long wood top bar on one side. The usual ubiquitous LCD screens showing sports. 26 beers on tap, around 18 bottles/cans including good options. Quite an extensive food menu. A nice place to visit.
