Draught @ The Trinity Bar, New Haven CT (Oct 2024). Clear dark amver with a small frothy off-white head, caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter caramel malt taste, floral hops, smooth thin body, long floral finish. Nice flavor!

Draught @ Vinyl Beer, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2025).Hazy dark yellow with a small frothy light beige head, orange-apricot aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orangey taste with apricot-mango flavor, faint alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish. Smooth and well covered ABV.

Visited in April 2025. Small bar-pizza house on the main street of Sleepy Hollow. They have 20 beers on tap and around 10 cans, including some impressive choices, the pizza is quite fine as well. There is a longish wood top bar on on side, and tables on the other side for eating down. Nice place.
