Draught @ the brewery (Nov 2025). Cloudy lemon yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, faintly acidic citrus aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter lightly salty citrusy taste with oyster flavor, thin body, long finish. Very interesting saison.

Draught @ OH Ramowa, Chicago IL (Jan 2026). Extremely hazy dull yellow with a foamy off white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel taste with creamy oat flavor, unripe mangi, smooth body, long finish. Interesting variation among the OH NEIPAs.

Can, from Whole Foods, Upper West Side, Manhattan NYC (Aug 2025). Pours cloudy lemon yellow with a foamy whitish head, orange-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orange-mango taste, tropical fruit flavors, thin body, long finish. Solid NEIPA with tropical fruit flavors.

Draught @ Tapville Social - Naperville IL (Sept 2025). Clear golden with a small frothy off-white head that dissipates quickly to leave a ring, very faint piney aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly piney orange peel taste, smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Tasty WC IPA>
