Visited in August 2025. Brewery with a restaurant in a historic building in downtown Ashland, Ohio. There is a lounge and a corner bar at the back. They have a quite large food menu since they primarily operate as a restaurant with in-house beer. The look is quite provincial, the food is good, and the beers are also not bad. If, like me, you're driving through and looking for decent fare with some beer, this is the place!

Can, from Climbing Wolf, Dobbs Ferry, NY (Aug 2025). Pours extremely hazy dark yellow, like apricot juice, frothy off-white head, citrus-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel-pineapple taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Solid NEIPA.

Can, from Climbing Wolf, Dobbs Ferry NY (Aug 2025). Pours extremely hazy dark yellow like orange juice, large spongy whitish head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with mango flavor, somewhat thick body, long medium bitter finish. Solid NEIPA.

Bottle, from Mitsuwa Marketplace, Edgewater NJ. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a frothy whitish head, citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter yuzu lemon taste, smooth thin body, long finish. Very good pale ale.
