Can @ City Beer, Manhattan NYC (Aug 2025). Pours extremely hazy dark yellow with a frothy whitish head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste with a bit of pineapple, and alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish with some throatburn at the end. Solid brew, though alcohol escapes a bit.

Draught @ Monochrome brewing taproom, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Extremely hazy dull yellow with a small foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter pineapple-grapefruit peel taste, thin body, long grapefruit finish. Good flavors, a solid NEIPA.

Visited in September 2025. Industrial style taproom attached to the brewery in Pilsen, Chicago. Large high ceilinged exposed bricks place with loud music videos projected on the wall. No food. 11 beers on tap, seven being theirs. Long community style tables, veranda outside. Wifi, crowlers available. Nice place for partying.

Can, from Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan NYC. Pours faintly cloudy dark yellow with a large foamy off-white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, thin body, long bitterish citrus peel finish. Decent pale ale.

Draught @ The Bungalow, Chicago IL. Foeder aged version. Faintly cloudy dark yellow with a very small frothy light beige head, that's practically only a ring, acidic aroma, high carbonation, medium tart taste with acidic flavor, faintly woodsy, smooth thin body, long finish. A nice saison.

Visited in September 2025. Industrial style hipster/chic place with a large outside patio. The barrels are inside, on the way to the kitchen. They have a good food menu, 5 beers on tap and their own wine as well. The beers were interesting.

Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan NYC (Aug 2025). Extremely hazy dark yellow-orange, like peach juice, large foamy off-white head, orange-coriander aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orangey coriander-unripe mango taste, thin body, long coriander finish. The flavor is so much reminiscent of marijuana actually!
