Visited in March 2025. Small brewery taproom with a woodtop bar on one side and around 20 tables in the main area. They had just 6 beers on tap, as well as cocktails and wine. Quite a small food menu, though it's more of a restaurant with beer on the side rather than a taproom. It felt like a typical small town brewery. Have a lunch or dinner if you're around, you can have a couple of beers on the side.

Visited in July 2025. The first thing to notice is wood top rustic bar in the center, with tables in the next room. They have a great food menu, with a chef famous in Chicago. They have 14 beers on tap, which are generally quite good. Nice place to visit.

Draught @ the taproom. Dark brown with red highlights, creamy dark beige head, coffee aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter coffee/cocoa nibs taste, caramel, toffee, smooth body, long coffee finish. A satisfying brew.

Draught @ the tasting room. Cloudy dark yellow with a small frothy off-white head, orangey aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel-pineapple taste, faint alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish. Smooth and tasty.

Can, from Beer Run UWS, Manhattan (Aug 2025). Pours clear golden with a frothy off-white head, citrus peel-grape aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel-grape taste, smooth thin body, long finish. Nice brew.
