Can at home shared with Laura. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, fruity hoppy, light fruity bitter. Quite pleasant, I like this one.

Burlington Vaulted Blue NEIPA 5.7% Apparently, this was a collaboration with Green Mountain Club and is in honor of hiking. It’s a lovely matte hazy gold with soapy dense foam which doesn’t linger. Juicy orange aroma. Medium bodied and generally smooth. The taste is juicy orange julep/creamsicle such that I was wondering if there was lactose in it. As I kept drinking, that sweetnessdissipated and I got more herbal juicy hoppiness. I’ve gotta say I like this more than the Elaborate Metaphor

Aroma: sugary malts, passionfruit, pine needle and lemony sherbet. Taste: lemony malts, citrusy hops and orange zest. Melon aftertaste. Dry and mild bitter. Next one please!

Lots of green onion, some grapefruit. Hazy orange pour with ok head. Hop tang finish. Can.

Comes across like a duller Lunch, aiming for the same crisp dryness but not quite reaching the same great heights. Not terribly juicy or fruity, just kinda there. Drinkable, but underwhelming.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 6 Feb 2023) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, grapefruit, pineapple and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, mango, tropical fruit, pine needles, grass and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, tasty and quite juicy. Very nice.
