Can. Pours clear golden with a large creamy off-white head, faint grassy aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste, faint hops flavor, thin smooth body medium finish. Not too bad.

Can, from Chios Brewery, Chios, Greece (Aug 2025). Pours extremely hazy dark yellow with small foamy off-white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste, thin body, long tropical fruit finish. Decent Neipa.

Bottle from the brewery (Aug 2025). Pours cloudy dark yellow with a small o-f white head piney aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly piney taste with mastic flavor thin smooth body, long medium bitter finish with faint mastic aftertaste. Nice flavors, mastic is a nice touch!

Draught @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan NYC. Extremely hazy dull yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, grapefruit aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter grapefruit taste, piney flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent brew.
