Large family friendly restaurant/taproom with a full bar, 10 beers on tap, 10 cans to go and an attractive food menu. It has a small bar on one side with two sitting areas as part of the restaurant at bothe ends. No tasters available. The beers are passable.

Draught @ the brewpub. It's rare to find a polotmavy, so it was a delight. Clear dark brown with copper highlights, very small frothy beige head that disappears fast, faint caramel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel/dark roaste malt taste, thin body, long finish. Smooth, not very remarkable though.

Draught @ the brewpub. Hazy dark yellow with a very small frothy off-white head that flops down fast, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orangey taste with faint pineapple, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Decent.

Huge old style brewpub in Downtown Chicago, with a very long woodtop bar, booths, high tables, seasonal decorations (Christmas in this instance), 14 beers on tap, 10 cans/bottles to go. extensive food menu. It seems to target the tourist crowd and it was quite crowded on a week day, at 2 pm. The beers are fine, and it's a nice place to visit. If only the staff were more knowledgeable about beers, it would be a great place,

Can, from Beermiscuous, Chicago IL. Pours almost inky black with a small foamy tan head, chocolate aroma with high spirits, high carbonation, bitter dark roasted coffee-dark chocolate taste, light alcohol undertones, smooth thin body, long bitter finish with alcohol undertones. Strong and tasty stout.

Stylish restaurant with rich food menu and integrated microbrewery. They had 12 of their beers on tap besides a full bar and cocktails. Large, high ceiling place with bar and restaurant side having different set-ups. Stone tap bar on one side, the vats behind the glass screen. Nice place, the beers are adequate,
