Pint at the Ivy House. Murky amber pour with a thin white head of fine bubbles. Pine, pineapple, lemon on the nose. Taste is medium sweetness, medium bitterness - lacks a bit of bite, almost like the two neutralise each other. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel, tropical finish that's fairly pleasant. OK pint but wouldn't be seeking it out again.

Can from Hop Burns and Black. Pours hazy golden amber with a one finger smooth head that steadily recedes. Nose is peach, lime and grape, fruit bomb. Taste is light sweetness, medium bitterness that rapidly gives way to a big fruity sourness. Quite light, prickly carbonation and a really upfront tart finish. Lingering sour flavour. Lovely - was worried it would be a bit sweet from the nose but it's properly sour.
