Can. Unclear orange with a very brief white head. Aroma of toasted coconut, mocha. OK but not very beery. And then there's a less intense version of that with a somewhat watery and rather plain ?lager underneath. Bounty meets Radler. OK, if strange.

Bottle. Gold, nice inch of white head. Bready and slightly herbal aroma. Light bodied, clean. Hayish sweet malt, perhaps a tad more of a bitter smack than expected. Not exactly eventful but fine.

Can. Dark brown, fading beige head. Dark sugars, more toasty than roast, vanilla. Lightish bodied. Vanilla is very prominent particularly at the end - has a bit of that peppery punch to it. Maybe a bit much but it is good vanilla. Not all that sweet with dark sugars and bread, quite a bitter finish.

Lots of Red IPAs around this winter. Clear red with a modest pale beige head that's around a while. Aroma of citrus, toffee, some stone and tropical fruit. Very clean so the sweetness of the malt doesn't get in the way of the piney bitter finish. Nice taut mix of fruity flavours, snappy finish. Good.

Can @6.7%ABV. Clear reddish amber with a cm of off white head. 6+ Light bread and berry aroma with a top citrus note, hints of pine. A bit of toffee a well as sweet berries but not very sweet before citrus and pine kick in. Solid drop.

Can. Almost black, a a cm of tan head. Aroma of caramel and roast, some liquorice. Sweetish with enough roast to stop it becoming too much and enough bitterness at the end to close.
