Pours clear, dark caramelly brown. Small frothy off-white head. Scent is chestnut, caramel, dark bread. Scent is sharp, very caramelly, sweet, almost a bit metallic-like. Def too sweet to my taste.

Pours fairly dark, clear blonde. Medium large, soapy, fast fading white head. Scent is very BE yeastyness, banana esters, bready maltbase, touch of grassy hops. All pretty classic, smoothly executed but nothing surprising. Taste is full, mild bitterness, banana yeastyness, fairly sweet - but not too much so. High carbonation, medium to medium-thin body.

Pours clear , darker blonde/amber. Small, yet stable white head. Scent is quite powerfull, from a distance, mature and oaky, funky (brett) lambic. Up close, the character seems very 'full' and deep. Taste is Surprisingly harsh in it's dryness, astrigent. Way less full than expected. Oaky, but also less dominant on oak (and age) as the aroma seemingly promissed. Very straight up, acidic, but fairly blank. And, as mentionned, astrigent. This is pretty underwhelming!

Pours slightly unclear yellowblonde. Fairly unstable, white medium sized head. Scent is Malty, but also quite fruity - to even a sweet impression. Not as crisp as I had hoped. Taste is quite smooth, malty, but also gives me corn-like vibes (which are not in here), fairly heavy on the palate. Grassy, bit citrussy, overripe kiwi-kinda hoppyness. Not super intense, but certainly intense for a pilsner. Not as crisp and clean as I had hoped, and for a westcoast I would have imagined it far more dry and bitter, more typical Pine-like as well. Anyway, it's not a bad beer in general.

Pours very milky, yet light yellow. Medium sized, stable white soapy head. Scent is citrus and grassy hops. Taste is quite... Weird. Rubbery aspects (not burtn rubber, actual rubber) . A quite harsh bitterness that doesn't really strike me as hoppy. Feels a bit 'soapy' too, strangely unnatural and over the top 'hazy' - like the negative side these 'hazy IPA's' tend to go, rather than being New England style. Seems like the looks were the main focuss here ? It's drinkable, No need to deny that, but I certainly expected far more from these names, and after enjoying the OG juicy bits... or has my taste changed so much ?

Pours a medium dark copperblonde. Scent is very fuky and intense, honey funk, but oh-so-spicy and loud, 'dirty' honey. Taste is full , funky, honey very strongly presented and very funky indeed. Quite loud and intense. Medium lambic character (mild, being OB, in terms of character). It kinda works, but it's pretty intense and 'dirty' - I can imagine this not being a big crowd pleaser.

Pours clear, slightly darker amberblonde. Scent is very intense on the Pink Pepper. Earthy, herbal/spicy , and very typically-aromatic. Lambic funk is really burried, doesn't really rise to the surface. Taste is very intense on the pink pepper again. A bit to much for me, actually. Very similar as the aroma, it turns a bit earthy, spicy, and typical. Lambic funk is mild, but more recognizable here. The addition is just a bit to strong for the mellow OB character.

Pours hazy, milky yellow. Medium large white head. Scent is explosive, yellow fruits (no banana, though - pineapple more) , danky, citrussy / grassy undertone, bit tropical. And this is all from a distance! Up close, the aroma intensifies. Oh, this brings high expectations ...
Taste is full-on hoppy, danky, citrus, pineapple, even a touch earthy. Fairly bitter. Feels heavy on the palate, has some residual sweetness ( perhaps justa touch to much). It's not very 'refreshing', but it certainly is very pleasant in the aroma ! More IPA's like this, please !

Pours black (very very dark brown) nearly no head. Scent is roasty, full, vanilla and chocolate, so smooth!
Taste is full, smooth and intense. Roasty, mildly ashy, chocolate, vanilla. Quite enjoyable. Not as fruity as expected (slightly so, though).

Pours hazy, milky yellowblonde. Small to medium white head. Scent is rich, citrus and tropical fruit. Mild danky undertone. All hops, but balanced nevertheless. Taste is quite full and creamy, again, all hops, but balanced. Minor bitterness, but it does provide. A sweet impression, very creamy base. Citrus, danky, and a bit tropical hops. Even though i think its slightly too sweet, and not bitter enough, the bitterness IS there, maling it a solid NEIPA these days.
