Pours slightly unclear blonde. Huge, stable white head. Scent is mild, tropical mostly. Mild bready maltbase, seemingly some (not a lot) of crystal malts ? Taste is sharp, fairly dry and relatively bitter, but not as dry and bitter as i had hoped or expected. Some sweetness that doesnt really fit, not in style, not with the other elements. High carbonation ( overcarbonated even, i'd say) not getting a lot of resins. Sure, they can be found, but not enough to really please me.
All and all, this is drinkable, but subpar for the style, as a beer in this style.

Pours a milky blonde, very hazy. Large , bit soapy white head. Scent is mild citrus, bit dank . Taste is yeastspicy, that 'white pepper' element is quite loud to me, very danky hoppy notes, like overripe leaf-vegetables. Decent, creamy but not over the top body, with medium high carbo. Not all to fond of it, but it is certainly acceptable. Would have prefered more balance with the yeast and perhaps a different set of hops.

Pours unclear red. Small pink head. Stable. Scent is cherry, vanilla biscuits, quite inviting. Taste is full. Sweet over a sour base, verysour-candy sour like , probably lactic acid. Simple, but enjoyable. The blend of additives works quite well, too. Is in balance, and results into a good, fairly creamy mouthfeel and medium low carbo. Easy drinker. Not being the biggest cherry fan, i wouldnt drink loads of it, but i'm enjoying this glass.

Pours unclear darker amberblonde. Scent is full, malty, quite a bit of chrystal malts. Taste is more hop focusses. Citrus, orznge , danky, ... All with a very creamy base, oat like, crystal malts. Has a DIPA feeling even though the ABV is only 6 - which is pretty cool !

Pours clear blonde. Scent is citrussy, tad unripe impression, very green. Than again, how well do I really know Yuzu, this might just be how it is VS a lemon or something similarly. Lambicfunk (always mellow in character for OB) is very mild in intensity. Taste is dry, medium acidity, pumped up by the dryness and the citrussy aroma - but ti'sa ctually not that sour. Malty finish. Quite balanced, but feels a bit straight-forward and not very complex. Have had better infused's.

Pours a very clear blonde, large white stable head. Scent is mild, some fruity yeast - banana, but less exhausting, more of a fresh, tropical twist to it, seemingly. Doesnt strike me as hoppy per se, more like perhaps a slightly different (differently used) yeast?
Taste is midlly bittern BE style yeast fzr more typical here, including the exhausting sweet, sticky banana esters - way less refreshing here. Higher carbo, thin body. This is one of those very 13-in-a-dozens for me.

Pours unclear, darker blonde/amber. Scent is very intense, tannix-like woody bite, mellow lambic funk underneath. Taste is quite outspoken, yet mellow and soft. Woodyness is bit tannic, but also has some vanilla (sort off), herbal/spicy notes, complex to describe, but very aromatic. Lambic isn't lost, but does take the backseat, as the wood has been given a lot of room to shine. Very dry. Quite nice !

Pours slightly unclear blonde, darker than most pilsner style beers. White head fades fairly fast. Scent is mild on the pilsner maltyness, has a certain fruity side to it. Sweet impression, that typical NA sweetness. Taste is crispy, nice display of pilsner maltyness, works very well. Even getting a very full, cereal-loaded finish- lovely. Too sweet though, with that lingering NA sweetness toned down, but still present. Still, a more than respectable effort !
