Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a creamy light brown head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has sweet dark grains with some chocolate and a dry roast note backing. Flavor has sweet dark grains and earthy chocolate with dry roast finishing.
